Beston

At Beston Builders, we supplement our essential role as engineers and designers to collate multiple design disciplines, integrating seamlessly into creating sensible, delightful and sustainable built environment. Established in 2018, in Calicut, Kerala, initially started as a design firm, and now expanded our horizons to a next level with all major fields in civil engineering with best technical services. And now as a second phase, disintegrating operations to two major wings as contracting and consultation with collaborating all basic services. For these years we have managed to provide better services in fields like construction, interior projects, contracting projects, consulting services etc.
We have striven for a multidimensional approach towards design and work. For us, each project, site and client represents a unique context, challenge and opportunity. This has been our preamble that nourishes us intellectually and validates the role we play in society as professionals.

Analysis

A survey of the land is done, which is a preliminary phase of design processes dedicated to the study of the climatic, geographical, historical, legal, and the infrastructural context of a specific site.

Concept

Concept design is the initial big picture or macro design. It shows us what problems the product will solve, how it will solve them, and what it will feel like as it is solving them.

Execution Drawings

Services include detailed floor plans, detail of openings, structural detailed drawing of structure, water tanks and stair.

MEP Drawing

MEP stands for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing. Whether commercial or residential, MEP components are vital in every project. MEP systems are designed by specialized consultants and contractors and planned during the design stage through MEP drawings.

Architecture Drawings

Services include material specification drawings of painting, cladding, panelling, landscape etc

Interior Drawing

Interior 2D drawing of all rooms with full specifications, bathroom tile drawings, false ceiling drawings, furniture drawings are included in the specified service.
